Job Details:

• ●  Role: Voice Process Executive (BPM)

• ●  Process Type: Voice

• ●  Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Week Off)

• ●  Quality Standard: V5

  Salary:

• ●  CTC: ₹27,000

• ●  In-Hand: ₹21,800

  Eligibility:

• ●  Graduation Mandatory

• ●  Minimum 1 year total experience

  (6 months Sales + 6 months Customer Support OR 1 year relevant experience)

• ●  Languages: Hindi and English (Good communication skills required)

  Roles & Responsibilities:

• ●  Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• ●  Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

• ●  Provide accurate information about products and services

• ●  Maintain quality as per V5 standards

• ●  Achieve performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and FCR

• ●  Upsell or cross-sell where required

• ●  Update CRM and maintain proper documentation

• ●  Follow company policies and process guidelines
