Experience: 6 months - 5 Years

Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who enjoys speaking to people, building conversations, and creating opportunities through regular outreach.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, tele calling, sales support, inside sales, client coordination, or any role involving regular calling and follow-up.

You do not need prior recruitment industry experience — if you are confident on calls, willing to learn, and disciplined in follow-up, we will train you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential clients from provided lead databases

• Introduce company services professionally and generate interest

• Fix appointments / meetings for senior team members

• Follow up consistently with prospects

• Maintain call records and update lead status

• Coordinate with assigned senior for daily guidance and feedback

• Support business development campaigns and market outreach activities

• Build confidence in handling conversations with HR professionals and decision-makers

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year experience in customer service / telecalling / inside sales / business support / client servicing

• Comfortable making multiple calls daily

• Good spoken communication skills in English and Hindi

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic computer skills (Excel / email / CRM entry preferred)

• Ability to take guidance and improve through daily feedback.
