BDE – Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit client locations, construction sites, contractors, consultants, and other potential customer places regularly.

• Meet clients and explain TEST2BUILD’s laboratory testing services, requirements, and procedures.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the laboratory/technical team accordingly.

• Collect soil, aggregate, bitumen, concrete, and other required samples from client locations/sites.

• Ensure proper identification, labeling, documentation, and safe transportation of collected samples to the laboratory.

• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Generate new business opportunities and follow up with prospective clients.

• Coordinate with clients regarding sample collection, testing requirements, reports, quotations, and payments.

• Follow up on ongoing testing requirements and ensure timely closure of client requests.

• Maintain daily visit reports, client details, sample collection records, and follow-up status.

• Achieve assigned business development and client visit targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Eligibility:

• Any Degree / Diploma preferred.

• Candidates with experience in construction, civil engineering, laboratory testing, or business development will be preferred.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel and visit client sites regularly.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
