### Key Responsibilities

* Identify and connect with students, educational institutions, training centers, and potential partners.

* Generate leads and promote PIERSI's educational, research, certification, and skill development programs.

* Conduct calls, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients and institutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with educational partners and stakeholders.

* Assist in enrollment drives, membership registrations, and program promotions.

* Handle inquiries related to educational programs, certifications, research opportunities, and training initiatives.

* Achieve monthly business development and enrollment targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and services.

* Represent PIERSI professionally during meetings, seminars, webinars, and outreach activities.

### Requirements

* Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

* 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Education Counseling, or Customer Support. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersona
