The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, market expansion, and maintaining long-term customer relationships to achieve business goals.
Identify potential clients and new market opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Qualify leads based on business potential and requirements.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Present company products or services to prospective clients effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
