We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Mandot Securities Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Stock Market / Mutual Funds. The role offers ₹11,000 - ₹15,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts
✔ Generate leads through calls, references & field networking
✔ Explain trading platforms & account benefits
✔ Achieve client acquisition & revenue targets
✔ Follow up for account activation & trading volume
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6 months of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
