📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide support, and help them with queries related to Stock Market & Mutual Funds.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide professional support.

• Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints.

• Explain Stock Market, Demat & Trading, and Mutual Fund services.

• Follow up with customers and potential leads.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

• Achieve monthly performance and business targets.
  

✅ Who Can Apply?

• Graduate from any stream.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge or interest in the Stock Market & Mutual Funds will be an advantage.
