Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at The Entertainment Factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Handle Artist inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Provide accurate information and timely solutions to enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate with brands and corporate partners to drive new show opportunities, as part of our artist and event management initiatives.

• Support artist business development, including coordination, communication, and opportunity alignment.

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

• Escalate complex concerns to the relevant departments when required.

• Meet key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma or Graduate in any field.

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or business development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week (Day shift).
