We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at to handle customer calls and resolve queries related to Real Estate. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹130000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing- Understand client requirements and present suitable property options- Conduct site visits and effectively explain project features, pricing, and offers- Negotiate, follow up, and close sales to achieve monthly targets- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Job Requirements:The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 5 years of experience.
