We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client handling, site visits, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, references, and digital platforms

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries

Explain property details to clients (residential/commercial projects)

Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Follow up with prospects for conversions

Achieve monthly sales Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
