Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
Communicate with sales, production, QC, purchase, and logistics teams.
Prepare and manage emails, reports, and customer updates.
Assist sales with quotations, order follow-ups, and documentation.
Monitor quality checks and support QC team with inspections and corrective actions.
Track order progress, raw materials, and project timelines.
Maintain production records, delivery schedules, and workflow updates.

Skills Required:

Strong email writing and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP
Project management and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in production, sales coordination, or quality (preferred)
