We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team Connect2learn to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Education. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and align with Connect2Learn's vision, mission, and growth objectives.

2. Engage with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.

3. Build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining trust with existing ones.

4. Clearly communicate course structures, learning outcomes, pricing, and teacher profiles.

5. Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems.

6. Follow up rigorously with leads and ensure high conversion rates.

7. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

8. Be comfortable conducting live video counseling sessions with parents.

9. Collaborate closely with academic, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary So you need to have excelency in English . The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
