Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment, payroll, and HR outsourcing services.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and client visits.
Meet potential clients, explain services, and build long-term business relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain a client database and follow up for ongoing requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development (HR / Recruitment / Service industry preferred).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
