Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients, conducting property presentations, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and field activities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Schedule and conduct property site visits.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.

Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (Freshers are welcome).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
