Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. The role involves generating business, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, references.

Posting jobs advertisement in different job portals and social media .

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Explain company products/services to potential customers

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business

Maintain proper records of client interactions and updates

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of business

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and target-oriented approach

Ability to work in a team

Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary)

Freshers are welcome
