Business Development & Marketing Executive – Two Wheeler
The Business Development & Marketing Executive will be responsible for increasing sales, expanding market presence, generating leads, and promoting two-wheeler products through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and fleet customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and vendors
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Plan and execute dealership expansion and area coverage strategies
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and showroom activities
Coordinate test ride camps, roadshows, exhibitions, and local events
Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, online leads, campaigns)
Ensure proper branding, visibility, and promotional material at showroom and field level
Track marketing performance and prepare reports
Generate and follow up on leads to convert into sales
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with sales, service, and finance teams for smooth operations
Collect customer feedback and support improvement initiatives
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
1–5 years of experience in two-wheeler / automobile sales & marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local market and competitor analysis
Willingness to travel locally for field activities
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
