Business Development Executive – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
Search and identify relevant government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders online related to EPR, e-waste, recycling, environmental consultancy, waste management, and sustainability.
Monitor tender portals regularly and maintain a Tender Tracking/MIS Report.
Review tender eligibility, scope of work, submission deadlines, EMD, and required documents.
Coordinate with the management and technical team for tender preparation and submission.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities from tender notices.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other business documents.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain lead, client, and tender records in Excel/CRM.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, tenders, and business activities.
