Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team.

Identify and onboard new Insurance Advisors/Agents.

Lead, motivate and mentor team members to achieve business goals.

Drive sales through effective planning and execution.

Support advisors in client acquisition and policy sales.

Conduct team meetings, training sessions and field visits.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
