Job Opening: Branch Relationship Officer (AXIS Bank / HDFC Bank)

We are hiring Branch Relationship Officers for AXIS Bank and HDFC Bank.

Salary Package: ₹4,40,000 per annum

This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy interacting with customers and want to build a career in the banking sector. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.

• Assist customers by providing accurate information about banking products and services.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

• Record customer interactions and maintain proper follow-up.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.

• Work closely with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve performance targets related to service quality, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.

• Maximum age: 30 years.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and banking operations will be an added advantage.

• Willing to work 6 days a week in the Day Shift.
