Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 6 months - 1 year of experience in BPO. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days of working week during the 9:30 to 6:30 shift.
