Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Prepare and maintain daily reports using MS Excel•
• Create and present reports clearly to the management
• Maintain proper data records and follow reporting formats
• Provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel (mandatory)
Ability to prepare detailed reports and present them confidently•
Good communication skills•
Languages preferred: Tamil, English, Kannada, Hindi•
• Female candidates preferred
Candidates residing near Vellalore, Podanur, GD Singanallur• preferred
