Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

✓Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

✓Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.

✓Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

✓Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

✓Follow up on inquiries and pending cases.

✓Handle customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.

✓Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10th 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in telecalling/telesales is preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Required Skills:

•Excellent verbal communication skills.

•Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

•Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

•Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

•Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

•Target-driven and self-motivated.
