Urgent Hiring – Telecaller (Banking Process)

We are hiring Telecallers for a leading/top BPO company in the banking collection process.

Profile: Telecaller (Collection Process)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Location: New Town, Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls for EMI and collection follow-ups
Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate call records and updates

Eligibility:

Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Good communication skills required
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in collection/sales is an advantage
