We are looking for a dynamic and professional Customer Support Executive to handle calls, emails, WhatsApp queries, and stakeholder communication. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, maintain MIS records, assist in onboarding participants, and ensure smooth communication processes.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years experience in Customer Support / Helpdesk / Admin roles

• Strong communication skills in English (Telugu preferred)

• Experience with CRM / Helpdesk tools

• Good documentation & coordination skills

• NGO / Education / Social-impact background is a plus
