Hiring: Executive – Customer Support (Voice)

We are looking for Customer Support Executives for a voice-based process in Chennai. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong multilingual skills to join a professional team with stable day-shift timings.

📌 Role Overview

• Location: Ekkattuthangal, Chennai (On-site)

• Shift: General Shift (Day Shift) ☀️

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Take-home)

  • Note: Salary is based on communication skills and language proficiency.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi and English. (Knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada is an added advantage).

• Query Resolution: Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

• Product Support: Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

• Performance: Consistently meet team productivity and quality standards.

✅ Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi , English , Malayalam , Kannada and Tamil is mandatory.

• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical: Basic computer knowledge and decent typing speed.
