Job Description – BPO Executive

Position: BPO Executive (Voice / Non-Voice)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Provide accurate information about company services

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

• Maintain call logs and update customer details in the system

• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: SSC / Inter / Degree and above

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email)

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Formal wear compulsory for interview

• Required documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Educational Certificates (Xerox)

• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
