Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Domestic BPO team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Record customer interactions in the system.

• Meet quality and productivity targets.

• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility:

• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Punjabi is an added advantage).

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
