Reports to: Team Leader

Qualification: Completed 12th Standard Min

Experience: Fresher or experience

Salary: 12250 Fixed + 1500 Allowance + 750 Variable - for Full Time

Total=14500

Shifts: Rotational 5pm to 2am/6pm to 3pm

Position Summary : First point of contact with the customers.

Key Responsibilities and Summary:

Call Centre Agent Roles & Responsibilities:

· Managing Inbound and/or outbound calls

· Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer;

· Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;

· Upselling products and services wherever possible;

· Building sustainable customer relationships;

· Keeping records of all conversations organized;

· Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieve targets.

· Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guideline

Call Centre Associate Skills:

· Detail-oriented: Agents must listen carefully to customers and be able to pick up on small details to provide accurate responses to customers.
