
Job Summary – Customer Care Executive (Inbound US Voice | Sales & Upselling)
The Customer Care Executive will handle inbound calls from US customers, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving queries, and maximizing revenue on every call.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound US customer calls professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products/services
Upsell and close sales on every eligible call
Resolve objections and ensure customer satisfaction
Update customer details and sales in CRM
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Experience in customer service/sales (call center preferred)
Sales-driven mindset with good problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with rotational US shifts
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
