Job Description

-Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

-Guide and assist candidates with correct information

-Answer queries in a polite and clear manner

-Maintain proper follow-ups and call records

Requirements

-Good communication skills in Hindi & English

-Tele-calling / customer handling experience preferred [min- 6 months]

-Basic computer knowledge

-Confident and positive attitude
