KRA Telecaller (MNC BPO, Ghansoli Mumbai)

Handle outbound/inbound calls professionally as per assigned process guidelines.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion ratios.
Maintain high-quality customer interaction and ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately update customer data and call details in CRM/system.
Follow scripts and compliance standards as defined by the company.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to seniors.
Consistently meet performance metrics like AHT, productivity, and attendance.
