📌 Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting them into positive sales, and resolving customer concerns professionally.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and support issues

• Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers

• Provide complete product and service information to customers

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain positive communication

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer data and update CRM/software regularly

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

✅ Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Customer handling and problem-solving ability

• Good knowledge of leads handling and lead conversion

• Positive attitude and professional behavior

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

• Teamwork and coordination skills

• Sales and telecalling experience will be preferred
