Job Description – Calling Staff
Company: 99 Kitchen Cook Services
Position: Telecaller / Calling Executive
Responsibilities:
Customers ko call karke cook/chef ki requirement samajhna.
Available cooks/chefs ke baare mein customers ko information dena.
New enquiries par follow-up calls karna.
Customers ke questions ka politely answer dena.
Daily calling aur follow-up ka record maintain karna.
Interested customers ko company ki services aur charges ke baare mein batana.
Leads ko convert karne ki koshish karna.
Requirements:
Hindi bolna achhe se aana chahiye.
Basic English communication preferred.
Good communication skills.
Phone par confidently baat karne ki ability.
