Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and lead the team effectively.

Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.

Ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.

Motivate team members and maintain positive work culture.

Handle employee queries and provide solutions.

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

Coordinate with management for operational updates.

Conduct team meetings and training sessions.

Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.

Support hiring and onboarding activities if required.

Required Skills

Good communication skills.

Leadership and team handling ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream.

Additional certification is a plus.
