Job Title: BPO Team Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated BPO Team Leader to manage and guide a team of customer service representatives. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring team performance, maintaining quality standards, and achieving business targets.

Manage and supervise a team of BPO executives
Monitor daily team performance and ensure targets are met
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements:
