Key Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in collections (BPO/financial services preferred)
Prior experience handling a team of callers/agents
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, data analysis)
Ability to manage targets, productivity, and team performance
Good communication and escalation handling skills

Manage and supervise a team of collection agents
Monitor daily calling activities and ensure target achievement
Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel
Track performance metrics (PTP, recovery, contact rate, etc.)
Handle escalations and support agents in complex cases
Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews
Ensure adherence to compliance and process guidelines
