Job Description – Ayurveda Sales Team Leader (TL): Ayurveda Sales TL की responsibility होगी कि वह 10–20 members की sales team को lead और manage करे तथा Ayurveda Medicines और Ayurvedic Products की sales को drive करे। Candidate को Ayurveda Products/Medicines में practical sales experience होना चाहिए और product की अच्छी knowledge होनी चाहिए। TL अपनी team को product knowledge, sales pitch, customer/patient handling, follow-up और conversion की training देगा तथा team से maximum medicine sales करवाएगा। Daily और monthly sales targets achieve करवाना, individual team members के targets set करना, leads और follow-ups monitor करना, pending customers पर proper follow-up करवाना, sales conversion बढ़ाना और daily sales performance track करना TL की मुख्य responsibility होगी। TL को अपनी team की productivity, discipline और performance की पूरी responsibility लेनी होगी तथा daily sales report और target achievement report management को submit करनी होगी। Candidate में strong sales, team management, leadership, communication और target-oriented approach होना आवश्यक है।
