Job Description
Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
Role: Customer Support Executive – Non-Voice Process
Process: Web Chat Support – Telecom Domain
Important Note
We are looking for immediate joiners who are comfortable working from the office. Only direct walk-in interviews will be conducted.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any BPO is mandatory.
Shift Details
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
- 9 working hours per shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and web chat platforms.
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver quality English chat support to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in non-voice processes such as chat or email support.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of the telecom process is preferred.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of email drafting and customer handling.
