We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Outbound – UK Process)

Location: Behala Taratala, Kolkata (WFO Only)

🕐 Shift Time: 1 PM – 10 PM (Fixed Timing)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

What You'll Be Doing ?

Make outbound calls to UK-based customers (no night shifts!)
Share information about our services and offers
Generate leads, follow up, and keep conversations engaging
Maintain accurate call records and customer info
Be the voice that makes a difference – helpful, polite, and professional

What We’re Looking For:

Great communication skills (English fluency is a big plus!)
Confidence on calls and a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejections without losing your cool
Basic computer skills
Freshers encouraged to apply – training will be provided
Experienced candidates must have valid document proof (ID, experience letter, etc.)
