Handle Level 2 customer queries through chat support efficiently.
Resolve escalated customer issues with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide real-time assistance related to orders, refunds, complaints, and technical queries.
Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems.
Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and productivity benchmarks.
Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
Only experienced candidates in chat or customer support roles.
Excellent written communication skills in English + Hindi + Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs.
Basic computer proficiency and typing speed required.
