Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp & chat support
Maintain and update customer data in CRM system
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Build strong relationships with customers
