Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International BPO (Voice & Chat Process)

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading International BPO companies. The role involves handling international customers through voice and chat processes, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Some processes may also include upselling or cross-selling based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international calls and chat support

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

• Maintain quality standards and process compliance

• Upsell services/products where applicable

• Provide excellent customer experience

Process Type:

• Voice Process / Chat Process

• International Calling (US/UK/Australian processes – as per company requirement)

Shift:

• US / UK / Rotational Night Shifts

Eligibility:

• Good communication skills in English

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in night shifts

Work Location:

• Mumbai (Location depends on company and process)
