Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive for our Non-Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries through chat, email, or support tickets, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems.

• Resolve customer issues accurately and within the defined turnaround time.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic communication style.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• PUC or Any Graduation.

• Written communication and typing skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
