We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team Company Woodrock Infotech to handle the team and hire candidates , provide exceptional team support and fulfill the requirement. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking interviews.
Fulfill the batch at the given timeline.
Keep records of the agents interactions and follow up when required.
Provide agents with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with Working Days during the Shift Type shift.
