We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive

to join our team. Candidate should have excellent communication skills in

both English and Hindi, passion for music and entertainment, and the confidence to build strong relationships with artists, labels, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

1) Identify and generate new business leads and partnership opportunities.

2) Reach out to independent artists, music labels, and other potential clients through calls, emails, social media & networking.

3) Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, labels & industry professionals.

4) Understand client requirements and effectively present our services and business offerings.

5) Follow up with potential leads and convert opportunities into business partnerships.

6) Maintain a database of leads, conversations, and business opportunities.

7) Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and partnership process.

8) Stay updated with trends and developments in the music and entertainment industry.

RDC is looking for -

1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

2) Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.

3) Confidence in reaching out to new people and initiating business conversations.

4) Ability to generate leads and consistently follow up on opportunities.

5) A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.

6) Previous experience in business development, sales, media, music, or entertainment will be an advantage.

7) Knowledge of the music industry, artists, and record labels is a plus.
