Job Summary
We are looking for confident and customer-oriented candidates for a banking inbound telecalling process. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, addressing banking-related queries, and providing appropriate assistance. This is a non-sales role, with no sales targets or product selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with account-related and general banking enquiries.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow the prescribed banking process and customer service guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with an interest in telecalling or customer service can apply.
- English communication skills of at least 7/10 are mandatory.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work from the designated office location in Sion.
- Male and female candidates are welcome.
