Backend Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive to support our healthcare BPO operations. The role involves verifying patient/customer addresses, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of healthcare packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform address verification through internal systems, calls, and external tools to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickup, dispatch, and delivery of shipments

• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, or discrepancies

• Maintain and update records of verified addresses and shipment status in the system

• Communicate with internal teams (operations, customer support) for smooth workflow

• Generate reports on delivery status, address verification success rates, and operational metrics

• Handle escalations related to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries

• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
