Job Summary
Looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a smart and professional personality, and the ability to effectively follow up with leads and convert them into clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships with prospects and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about company services/products.
Convert qualified leads into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-up activities, and client interactions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status and conversions.
Perform general back-office and administrative support tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidate who having experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Back Office, or Lead Generation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Smart, energetic, and proactive approach to work.
