🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective candidates and introduce our professional banking skill training and placement programs.

Counsel candidates over the phone and guide them to visit our center for face-to-face discussions.

Maintain call logs, follow-up reports, and candidate databases efficiently.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Freshers as well as experienced Telecallers / Counselors can apply.

Language Skills: Fluency in Bengali is essential (working knowledge of Hindi or English is an added advantage).

Key Skills: Confident telephone etiquette, persuasive communication, and a positive mindset.

🔹 Job Offerings & Work Details:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on performance/experience) + Attractive Performance Incentives (Target-based).

Job Type: Full-time (In-Office Job).
