Back Office Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Officer (CCO) to manage service requests, handle customer interactions, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and field technicians in our home appliance service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp queries, and service requests professionally

• Register and assign service calls to technicians via CRM/software

• Follow up with customers for service feedback and closure

• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate critical issues when required

• Maintain accurate records of calls, services, and customer data

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

• Manage service scheduling and prioritize urgent requests
